Expedite Options for Calibration Services

Lab Service Expedite Options:

Same/Next Day:

– All same/Next Day expedites must be interactively approved by the Sales Supervisor (who will confirm interactively with Service Supervisor) prior to committing to customer.
– If received by 10:30 AM: Must be received by 10:30 AM in order to be picked up same day after 2:30 PM or shipped out same day.
– If received after 10:30 AM: Pick up will be available at 2:30 PM the following day or item will be shipped the following day.

3 day:
Must be received by 10:30 AM in order to be picked up after 2:30 PM or shipped out on the third day. Example: Item dropped off Monday 10 AM, it will be shipped Wednesday afternoon. If received after 10:30 AM, it will be available for pick up or shipped the fourth day. For example, item dropped off Monday at 12 NOON, available for pick up Thursday at 2:30 pm.

Field Service Expedite Options:

Expedite fee counts as a line item contributing toward the minimum on site fee.
